The two fights at the top of the UFC 236 bill earned Fight of the Night honors and it was with good reason. Both bouts proved how violent and exciting MMA at its highest level can be.
Most remarkable was seeing in the co-main event both Israel Adesanya and Kelvin Gastelum hit the deck and each other (over and over) in what must be the leading candidate for the best fight of 2019. In the final round, Gastelum just avoided being finished for the firs time in his career due to strikes.
Others were not so lucky. The UFC’s latest pay-per-view accounted for four total finishes. And you can watch them all here.
