Watch Shogun Rua Defy the Odds With a TKO Over Tyson Pedro

Almost 40 years old, with a legendary career between the UFC and Pride Fighting Championships, Mauricio “Shogun” Rua (26-11) isn’t done yet.

At UFC Adelaide, Shogun upset Tyson Pedro (7-3) in the third and final round by way of TKO. Less than a minute into Round 3, the former light heavyweight champion ate a jab from Pedro before pitching a right hand back at his opponent. A salvo of punches on the ground forced the referee to call a halt to the 205-pound bout.
